Materials and glues

For the production of flexible packaging, a wide range of materials (substrates) is used, which includes paper, polymer and metallized, cellulose and bioplastic films.

The choice of packaging material is influenced by a number of factors: the role of various permeable and impermeable layers in the design of the packaging (barriers), mechanical strength and load-bearing capacity, printing, thermal resistance, sealing, final appearance, recycling, production costs, etc.
